The path, linear, allows you to appreciate some of the most salient features of the landscape of the Rocca of Ceres UNESCO Global Geopark.
Parting from the Visitor center of the Special Natural Reserve of the Pergusa Lake, where the Ciclofficine is based, the route will follow the circumlacustre route from which one can admire the only inland lake of inland Sicily that is not infrequently crowded with different species of waterfowl.
The plot will come out of the lake conca and reach the largest share at 809 metres inert itself quickly along the slope of the Zagaria contrada. From there it will go down by running secondary rural roads, in an intensely inhabited countryside to reach the crossroads of Scioltalbino.
From here you will follow the path of the ancient ferdinandea road, today the SS 117 bis, precluded from great vehicular traffic. The Landscape will abruptly change itself to large and deep valleys with spectacular calcareous ruins and ancient masseys. It will cost the ancient village of the "Granci" a small rural fraction of Enna and will descend into the sinuous canyon of the serier Cateratta, excavated by the terrente San Giovannel in the heart of the calcareous rocks and staked by the. The remains of several water mills and the incredible abandoned village of St. Thomas.
Following always the SS 117 Bis will reach the state's Enna Caltanissetta, which, for a very short stretch, will take place with great attention, to the crossroads for Borgo Casino. The provincial, descending softly, will allow us to see the characteristic profile of the small country with its two towers and the many cypresses that surround it.
Built as a rural borough at the end of the fascist twenties and dedicated to the general military hero Cascino, it gathers around a beautiful square whose sides were once a place of the different civic functions, from the Church, to the Posta, to the Podestarile delegation to the Civic Tower. Today the borough has a very good restaurant and an agricamping with bungalow, plaque for the equipped soak and two small apartments in BnB.
The CEA has in the Borgo Square a local distressed spot of the cyclofficine and useful to give shelter and recharge the means.
Caltanissetta, Enna, Sicilia centrale

An itinerary to discover a unique corner of the Valle d'Aosta, where natural environments and breathtaking views.
They are revealed at every stroke of the pedal, under the majestic silhouette of the Matterhorn, or "the Great Becca" as the people in the valley call it.
You can cycle through beautiful chestnut woods, meadows, fields and picturesque mountain villages, where they are still visible.
Remnants of the life of a time like ancient water mills and traditional rye bread ovens.
Once the bike is loaded on the cableway, in a few minutes you can reach the village of Chamois, the Pearl of the Alps and the only Italian town not reachable by car.
From here we continue along the splendid farm that, between a panoramic view and the other, leads up to La Magdeleine. Its 7 mills have been perfectly restored and recovered for ethnographic purposes.

With yours or ours e bikes we shall stop at some places in the city center like Market (Adamič Lundrovo Nabrežje 1), Three Bridges (Prešerov trg 1) and Congress Squre (Kongresni trg 15).
Later on, we are going to focus on his works outside of the city center: we shall reach the area of Tivoli park (Celovška cesta 23) , ride along Roman walls (Mirje 19), reach Krakovo and his home area Trnovo (Karunova ulica 4). Here we shall visit his home-museum.
After lunch in a local restaurant, we suggest to bike:
1: along Ljubljanica river toward Ljubljana Marshes (Črna vas 48) where his famous church has been built almost 100 years ago
2: to continue to Ljubljana's cementary Žale (Med hmeljniki 2) and back to the city center with a stop at another Plečnik's work: a franciscan church in Šiška (Černetova ulica 20).
This is a full day tour, easy (flat terrain), comfortable ride.

A flat stage of sea and sand, which from the Pontine capital takes us to the places of the Odyssey, through history, nature and mythology. Mount Circeo, a promontory of incredible beauty stretching out towards the sea as if to testify to its past as an island, is according to tradition one of the landing places of Odysseus during his wanderings, the one where the Greek hero was welcomed by the sorceress Circe. The remains of a Roman temple on its summit were identified with his palace. The third stage of the GTL winds almost entirely along the route of Eurovelo 7, The Sun Route, or the long cycle path of the sun that takes us to the south of Europe A convenient cycle path from Latina takes us to the sea, near the first of the coastal lakes, that of Fogliano, where there is a WWF oasis that is a resting place for many water birds during their migrations. From here we continue through reclamation canals and coastal dunes to the promontory and the National Park, an incredible green lung of eucalyptus, maritime pines and Mediterranean scrub, within which the remains of the Villa of Domitian can still be visited. Skirting the coast to the south, we pass through the seaside resort of San Felice Circeo and its maritime caves, up to the stack of Terracina, a Greek and Roman colony, surmounted by the Temple of Jupiter Anxur. After Terracina, the last kilometers of the stage in the direction of Monte San Biagio try to avoid the Appian Way as much as possible, which after the ancient Papal Gate and the Pisco Montano narrows between the Ausoni and the sea, remaining on dirt roads and dirt roads around Lake Fogliano, in a semi-marshy panorama made up of migratory birds and coastal ponds.

The path to Mount Fraiteve is an exciting adventure of about 30 km, ideal for mountain biking lovers in search of a challenging challenge. Starting from Pragelato, the path begins with a moderate climb, immersing yourself in the alpine woods and crossing green meadows.
As you go up, the sights become more and more spectacular, with views that open up on the underlying valleys and surrounding peaks. The climb continues until it reaches the tip of the Mount Fraiteve cabinoway, the highest point of the route, at over 2,700 meters altitude. From here, the view is breathtaking
After admired the panorama and replenished the energies, the descent begins. This trait is technical and requires attention, with steep slopes and narrow curves that test the skills of the cyclists. The descent also offers adrenalinic emotions, with fast traits and rock sections that require precision.
The path concludes by returning to Pragelato, completing a ring that combines the natural beauty of the Alps with an intense cycling challenge.

A easy ride in the countryside right outside the city centre.
After crossing the historical city centre, the itinerary reaches Valpantena, the first valley in the east of Verona, and follows little roads among the vineyards, at the bottom of the hills. It reaches Montorio, a small village that features beautiful little lakes and is crossed by small creeks. We follow a nice bike path that runs along a creek, from where we can enjoy beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The itinerary crosses the outskirts of Verona and reaches the river Adige.
Finally, we ride along the river Adige banks until we reach the city centre.

Santuario mariano posto su sacro colle di Anglona a 263 metri sul livello del mane dominante le vallate del Sinni e dell'Agri.
La struttura attuale del santuario, datata tra l'XI secolo ed il XII secolo costruita in tufo e travertino, presenta elementi architettonici di notevole importanza quali, l'abside, il campanile e il portale in stile. L'esterno absidale è sicuramente la parte più cromatica e più raffinata dell'intero edificio, si ammirano ornamenti ad intagli, archetti pensili, lesene e un finestrone centrale adornato. Sulle pareti esterne numerose formelle con figure di animali a rilievo, di provenienza ignota, creano un effetto davvero suggestivo. Il tetto a più falde e l'armonia dei volumi, conferiscono al santuario un aspetto piacevole ed imponente. Splendidi e suggestivi affreschi sulle pareti della navata centrale.
Il portale in stile romanico è formato da un'arcata a tutto sesto arricchita da intagli e rilievi. Anche sul fronte del portale si trovano formelle di tufo calcareo con bassorilievi che raffigurano i simboli dei quattro evangelisti, Marco il leone, Luca il bue, Giovanni l'aquila, Matteo l'angelo. A sinistra della facciata spicca il campanile anch'esso in stile romanico, di forma quadrangolare, poco slanciato e in cima adornato da quattro bifore.Chiesa a croce latina disposta su tre navate è ricca di pregevoli affreschi che i recenti restauri hanno riportato alla luce.Nel XIII secolo è stato ampliato l'abside, ad opera di Melchiorre da Montalbano che fu chierico di Anglona. Risalgono al XV secolo invece il rifacimento dell'ala sinistra e la ricostruzione dell'episcopio.
La struttura è attorniata da ulivi secolari e ben curati dove il silenzio Vi immergerà in atmosfere di altri tempi.
L'8 settembre è il culmine della millenaria festa in onore di Maria SS. Regina di Anglona, patrona della diocesi di Tursi-Lagonegro.
Durante l'avvicinamento al Santuario, prima del ponte in mattoni rossi e a pochi metri dalla strada, ci si può immergere in scenari calanchivi e suggestivi a completare questo piccolo tour spirituale e scenografico.

TOWARDS THE APENNINES: THE IMPERIAL VILLAS, FROM HADRIAN TO NERO.
with the eighth stage, the GTL shifts into lighter gears and pushes into a new environment, never touched before: the mountains. The Lazio region is an Apennine mountain, rough, genuine, which despite not reaching the altitudes of the Alps knows how to offer the cyclist panoramic roads of incredible beauty. From Zagarolo we head north for this stage of approach to the Tiburtini Mountains, only 39 km for a slightly uphill altimetric trend: our destination is in fact Tivoli, but to get there we have to pass a couple of valleys, cross the beautiful villages of Gallicano, Casape and San Gregorio di Sassola, along winding and swinging roads sheltered by the shade of the woods. After crossing the A24 motorway, the last kilometers before Tivoli are gradually ascending through the vineyards. Once we reach our destination, a number of archaeological and tourist sites of world importance leave us spoiled for choice: if the most famous of the attractions remains Hadrian's Villa, the private residence of the Roman emperor of the same name, Villa d'Este and Villa Gregoriana and their fountains offer an incomparable spectacle. The Aniene also passes through Tivoli, which after being born in the Simbruini mountains crosses this city immediately before throwing itself headlong into the scenic waterfalls, and then calming down and flowing into the Tiber in Rome

It is part of the rental point Bike Square of Arquata Scrivia and crosses the centre inhabited in the direction of the archaeological site of the 'ancient city of Libarna, one of the main in Piedmont for wealth of exhibits such as l 'amphitheatre, theatre, living quarters with some urban streets and the three-dimensional reconstruction of the terms, urban doors and the public forum. Finished the visit returns to Arquata and you reach out to Don Minzoni and follow the communal road to Partolungo, a fraction of Gavi. And ' a beautiful road that through a wooded and quiet area, location Pratolungo, arrives at the Provincial Road 161. It goes through, it goes up in the Lungarola direction and takes place by taking the curve to the left. It is continued curving to the left and delaying on S.P. 161 to reach the evocative Historical Center of Gavi, d 'tourist interest for the numerous historical testimonies between which the Romanesque Church of S. Giacomo, the Palazzo Municipalee l 'ancient port of the city date back to the XVI sec. There is no shortage of Gavi the many typical local products among which are leading the l 'wine-free Gavi doc among the most renowned Italian whites and the almond amarets from the exclusive recipe. A strapiombo on the ancient borgo of Gavi stands out l 'omonima Fortress cinquecentesca, on a natural rock, today a visitor to the museum structure. Finished the visit to Gavi returns to Arquata by imbuing Via Piona and through a path even partly stumped, again reaching the location of Pratolungo and reprisals on the round-trip path. In Arquata it cannot miss a visit to the old 'Ancient Storm Centre, including the Via Interiore, where numerous alleys are arriched with stone portals dating from the thirteenth century and fifth-century arcs and arcs with sixth-acute arches. Among the buildings you note the Gotica house marked by an ' original wooden structure with murary tamponade. After a gymnastic standoff in one of the many local citizens, it is part of the rental point of Bike Square.

Super-panoramic tour in the southern side of the lower Val Susa for discovering Romanesque churches and baroque façades among ancient villages and ecovillages immersed in beech and chestnut woods. The basic itinerary develops in a ring over a distance of just over 50 km of asphalted and unpaved roads with slightly challenging paths. It starts from Avigliana to reach Almese, Villardora and then rise from the valley floor to reach the village of Celle, excellent vantage point in front of the Sacra di San Michele, where you can find refreshment at the small but cozy Rifugio Rocca Sella (from which you can see an interesting hiking trail that leads to the homonymous peak). From here you go along a downhill section crossing the villages of Campernaldo, Campambiardo and Peroldrado and then continue to go up strongly over the Sessi valley in the direction of Sigliodo, Lajetto and Pratobotrile from which you reach the villages Camporossetto and Muni (or Moni) on a dirt road (with the possibility of covering a small variant along the ancient path that connects the two villages). From Muni, the basic route involves going back along the road up to Sigliodo to continue up to Pralesio and then Mocchie. As an alternative variant you can take the mule track that leads to the villages Garneri, Magnotti, almost entirely "pedaled", or walkable in the few more challenging stretches ... here is a road that goes down to Mocchie passing by the perched village Bellafugera. Mocchie is worth a stop for many reasons, including the possibility of recharging the bike batteries, tasting excellent Piedmontese dishes at the Trattoria del Sole, seeing a Romanesque bell tower. Before leaving, we recommend visiting alleys which until the 50s were the most populated municipalities of the valley (today fraction of Condove), with a parish church with an imposing baroque facade and a huge square in front of which you can enjoy a spectacular landscape. From Mocchie the route continues to climb up to Frassinere from which you take a downhill road that passes from Alotti, from Trune (ecovillage) and finally from Magnoletto to finish at Condove from which you will return to Avigliana passing from Chiusa San Michele and Sant ' Ambrogio.

What to see and do in Terracina
The e-bike route along the Ancient Appian Way has reached the penultimate stage, starting again from Terracina. Here, pedaling along scenic roads, you will find multiple points with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding hills. During the e-bike ride, there are many opportunities to visit ancient Roman ruins, such as the Temple of Jupiter Anxur, and admire the picturesque rural landscapes dotted with olive groves and vineyards.
Recommended for a stop are the many agritourisms in the area, excellent for tasting local typical products. You can enjoy fresh cheeses, artisan cured meats, high-quality extra virgin olive oil, fine wines, and traditional sweets. Often, it is possible to combine these agricultural products with specialties based on freshly caught fish from the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Today's e-bike tour continues on a lesser-known stretch of the Ancient Appian Way, with breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful gulf overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. We are near Monte San Biagio, a picturesque village located on the slopes of the Ausoni Mountains, a few kilometers from the sea. If time allows, a visit to the village is recommended, easily reachable by e-bike.
The narrow and winding streets of the historic center of Monte San Biagio lead to ancient palaces, churches, and breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding hills. The village is located within the Natural Park of the Ausoni Mountains, a protected area rich in flora and wildlife. The e-bike tour concludes in Fonti, highly recommended is a stop at the beach to enjoy a well-deserved rest after the ride. Once refreshed, on your e-bike or on foot, you can visit the historic center of Fonti. Getting lost in the narrow streets and cobblestone alleys allows you to admire ancient palaces, stone houses, inner courtyards, and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. A visit to the Church of San Giovanni Battista di Fonti is suggested, one of the main attractions of the city. This sacred building dating back to the 18th century features a baroque facade and an interior rich in decorations and works of art. Inside, you can admire frescoes, sculptures, and the historical architecture of the place. A great way to end the day is dinner with local typical dishes, perhaps accompanied by a glass of fresh local white wine.

The circuit leads, between a ride and the other, to discover the landscape of the moraine hills and the important relationship with the water of this territory. The departure from the center of Ponti sul Mincio includes a visit to the Scaliger Castle, built with the pebbles of the Mincio. Continuing you can visit the Lavatoi where the resurgent water was used, until recent times, for the laundry. Coming out of the center of the village, surrounded by the landscape, we arrive at Forte Ardietti of Austrian construction. A meandering road later leads to the Mincio. The river, with the imposing structures of the dam and the regulator of the Virgilio canal, concludes this route among hills, fortifications and water.

Facile percorso ad anello, di circa 20 km, che parte dall'agriturismo Il Pozzo dei Giganti e permette di pedalare si lunghi tratti pianeggianti, con le colline tutt'intorno, si passa per Monte San Pietrangeli, dove può visitare il suo suggestivo borgo medievale, esplorando la cinta muraria con i torrioni, il Palazzo del Podestà, l'adiacente Teatro Comunale e la Torre Civica con la sua cappella gotica affrescata dall'Alemannofino; si prosegue per Francavilla d'Ete per poi arrivare alla magnifica chiesa rurale di Santa Croce d'Ete, dove è possibile sostare e codersi la pace del parco del fluviale in cui è immersa.
